I purchased the HealthProtect 7770i for my living room, which is a pretty large space. Ordering was straightforward on the website. The unit is very quiet on the lower settings, almost unnoticeable. On the highest setting, it's audible but not overly disruptive. So far, the air feels noticeably fresher, especially helpful with my allergies this time of year. I haven't had to contact support yet, so can't comment on that.
